In order to book an appoiintment to see a vet on our Mobile Clinic, you will need to register first. Please give us a call on 07388 503355 and have the following information ready to hand:
Your full name, address, postcode, phone numbers and email address.
Evidence of your means tested benefit or low income. This can be a screen shot of your benefit account etc.
Details of the pet(s) (maximum 3) you would like to register including, name, species, breed, colourings, gender and age.
